Ubiquiti RADAR (Records And Data Analysis Repository) is a software platform to
encode, analyze and utilize information that would otherwise require tedious manual
effort and time. RADAR handles numeric, categorical and also text narrative data.
This product enables users to organize their data, perform charting, generate
formatted reports, drill-down into, search, and mine the datasets.
Ubiquiti FAST (Forecasting & Alerts System Technologies) is used to forecast and
obtain pre-set alerts on issues from diverse information sources. Example sources
in the automotive sector include Repair Records, Warranty Claims, Surveys (e.g.,
JD Power & Assocs.), Safety Studies (e.g., NHTSA), Internal Manufacturing Tests,
External Vendor Tests etc. Alerts and Forecasts, applied to diverse data sources,
help to create an "Early Warning System". Ubiquiti FAST helps (a) to set, evaluate
and view Alerts; (b) to provide for Forecasts on ontology-organized information; and
(c) to utilize diverse data sources.
Ubiquiti Diagnostics and Data Entry technologies automate important although
time-consuming diagnostics functions. Based on narrative symptom descriptions, a
Help Desk rapidly identifies the most likely causes and their fixes. The diagnosis is
obtained by comparing the symptom descriptions with the “knowledge” as is
available in the stored Ubiquiti-processed records. After the problems are resolved,
a Data Entry module helps with the new record entry by assigning the appropriate
descriptors or codes automatically – based simply on the narrative text description
and other information. The Data Entry also generates claim forms automatically for
submission to the payers. (Note: Ubiquiti does not need “lessons learned”,
matching criteria etc. – only the raw unprocessed records are needed.)
